“Creative Boundaries completed two huge projects for us last year, and let me tell you, if you’re not dealing with these guys you are missing out. First, they reconstructed our deteriorating landscaping in the front of our house, and not only were we thoroughly satisfied, but several of our neighbors remarked what a nice facelift we gave our home. While Mark Hicks makes great suggestions, these guys do what you want and they listen when you say, “I have X-amount of dollars to spend” and work within your budget instead of like some other companies I’ve received estimates from coming in three times the amount. Then later in the summer, since we were so happy with the results of that project, Creative Boundaries also built us an outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen, complete with an additional patio next to our pool and a pergola over the cooking area. We could not have been happier, and they don’t mind following up on their work if something might need to be corrected. This is a true story. I had been out of town working for several weeks when our outdoor kitchen and fireplace were completed, and didn’t see the end result until I returned home, which happened to be like 3 a.m. in the morning. I decided not to go outside to look at the project, since the last thing I wanted was to find something wrong and be mad at that time of the morning. So I waited until I woke up the next day, went outside to look, and couldn’t find one thing I was dissatisfied with, and if you’ve ever done any work around your home, you know that is a rarity. “Our pool was in bad shape. After 20 years the plaster needed to be repaired. Creative Boundaries was recommended to us by a local pool care neighbor so we gave them a call for an estimate for the re-plaster of our pool. Richard Platz was the company’s’ Operation Manager in charge of checking our pool and creating the quote for the cost of our repairs. Richard was prompt and polite and asked us questions about what we thought we needed. He did not try to sell us on any other unnecessary items for our pool or anything we didn’t want to do to the pool. He quoted us for both a white and QuartzScape plaster and the quote was given to us within 24 hours of his visit to our house. After we agreed on the price, he walked us through how the entire process would occur and gave us a date when the work would start. The pool remodel was started on time and was completed in only two days from start to plaster complete and the pool being refilled. The teams were quick and the area around the pool was always left clean after both the initial demo of the plaster and after the re-plaster was complete. The aftercare was as advertised and the entire operation was quick and painless for us. I would definitely recommend Richard and Creative Boundaries to anyone who is thinking of having their pool updated.”
